AND STRUCTURAL DESIGN

Our team takes on Seismic analysis and structural designs for buildings of reinforced concrete, steel and timber, as well as for load-bearing masonry structures. We have proven experience and effectiveness in adding extra floors to existing reinforced concrete buildings by using steel structures.

BUILDING RENOVATION
AND EXTENSION

Building renovation contributes to the extension of the lifespan of the building and to the comfort. In collaboration with the owners we undertake the design and coordination of their building renovation according to their current needs. The result adds value to the property. A civil engineer also is involved from the beginning of the procedure in order to provide structural assessment of the existing building and propose the best technical solution and advices. Our office has a large experience in renovation and extension of several kind of buildings, such as houses, hotels and restaurants. We also take in consideration the various schemes and incentives the authorities announce from time to time.

SITE SUPERVISION AND CONTRACT MANAGEMENT

Our projects are constantly and professionally supervised by our team of architects and engineers. We follow a standard procedure which guarantees the proper execution of the project according to the drawings and the specifications agreed.

CHANGE OF USE

We undertake the process of changing the use of a building. We examine the permitted uses of a premise; we consult with the competent authorities and services and we proceed to the architectural and structural design. We investigate the possible uses of the plot, we consult with the competent authorities and services and we prepare the architectural studies.

CONSULTING SERVICES

We have large experience and knowledge in providing consulting services to investors, individuals and several organizations (religious, universities). Such services regard the possibilities, the procedures and the cost for developing their plots or existing buildings. We investigate the possibilities for renovation, expansion, benefit from various schemes and incentives. Our consulting is a strong tool for the investor before buying a plot or a building.
